How to update your payment information

Updating your payment method is simple.

Step 1: Log into your patient portal and select "payments" from the top right menu.

Step 2: Once you select "payments," your wallet will appear on the screen.

Step 3: Click on your treatment under "Cortina Subscriptions".

Step 4: Next, you will select "Add payment method" under Payment Management.

Step 5: Finally, you will enter your card number, expiration date and CVC, and select "Add Card."

Step 6: You will see your new card appear next to your old card. Select the card you want to use as your primary card and select "update" when prompted.
