1. Consultation Refunds: We offer medical consultations with our board-certified dermatology providers at a fixed fee. Once you have initiated a consultation and received medical advice, recommendations, or prescriptions from our providers, we are unable to issue refunds for the consultation fee.
2. Video Visit No-Shows and Late Arrivals: When scheduling a video visit appointment, patients agree that if they are more than 3 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time, they will forfeit their appointment and will be required to make a new payment to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for missed or late appointments.
3. Cortina Concierge Membership: If you are subscribed to our Cortina Concierge membership, you may cancel it at any time. However, you must cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases where there are extenuating circumstances, we may consider offering refunds. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our customer service team with the details of your request. Our team will review your case and respond accordingly.
