1. Consultation Refunds: We offer medical consultations with our board-certified dermatologists at a fixed fee. Once you have initiated a consultation and received medical advice, recommendations, or prescriptions from our doctors, we are unable to issue refunds for the consultation fee.

2. Prescription Refunds: Prescription medications are custom-compounded and tailored to your individual needs. As such, we do not provide refunds for prescription medications once they have been processed and shipped.

3. Cortina Concierge Membership: If you are subscribed to our Cortina Concierge membership, you may cancel it at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership.

4. Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases where there are extenuating circumstances, we may consider offering refunds. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our customer service team with the details of your request. Our team will review your case and respond accordingly.

Additionally, please take into account that if you identify any issues with your product, it is crucial to notify customer service within 48 hours of receiving it. Failing to do so may result in the forfeiture of a refund opportunity, and any potential replacement could incur costs.
